{"id":1719,"date":"2024-05-16T05:24:01","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T03:24:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ilsalottinoboutique.it?page_id=1719"},"modified":"2024-05-16T05:24:14","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T03:24:14","slug":"list-of-allergens","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ilsalottinoboutique.it\/en\/list-of-allergens\/","title":{"rendered":"List of allergens"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ANNEX II of EU Regulation 1169\/2011<br\/>List of allergens<br\/>SUBSTANCES OR PRODUCTS THAT CAUSE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cereals containing gluten, i.e.: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their strains<br\/>hybridized and derived products, except:<br\/>(a) wheat-based glucose syrups, including dextrose (1);<br\/>(b) wheat-based maltodextrin (1);<br\/>(c) glucose syrups based on barley;<br\/>(d) cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of<br\/>Agricultural origin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crustaceans and crustacean products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eggs and egg products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fish and fish products, except:<br\/>(a) fish gelatine used as a carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;<br\/>(b) gelatine or isinglass used as a fining agent in beer and wine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peanuts and peanut products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soybeans and soybean products, except:<br\/>(a) refined soybean oil and fat (1);<br\/>(b) natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, tocopherol acetate<br\/>Natural D-alpha, natural soy-based D-alpha tocopherol succinate;<br\/>(c) vegetable oils derived from soybean-based phytosterols and phytosterol esters;<br\/>(d) Plant stanol ester produced from soybean-based vegetable oil sterols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Milk and milk-based products (including lactose), except:<br\/>(a) whey used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol<br\/>of agricultural origin;<br\/>(b) milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuts, namely: almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus<br\/>avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashew nuts (Anacardium occidentale), pecans<br\/>[Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K.
